The Seriousness of safety in driving in China and its solutions

Students discovered three different problems and dangers of driving in China, and came up with solutions to inform Chinese drivers. In order to teach Chinese drivers thoroughly, the students created the video in Chinese with English subtitles.

Use Your Head, Wear A Helmet

To improve safety and well-being among students and staff of Dulwich College Shanghai, science class 7AL designed a cycle safety display to raise awareness. The idea was soon adopted by the college leadership and grew into a college wide campaign.

We, eight students in Shanghai, noticed that there were huge amounts of cars blocking the street. We thought, ‘With so many cars and parents crowding in front of the school gate, are there any potential safety hazards?’ That's how our project began.

The Guardians' "Play It Safe" Campaign

Road safety is important but remains an untouched topic in our school. Therefore, a group of Grade 10 students calling themselves ‘The Guardians’ decided to produce a computer game to promote and engage younger students about how to travel safely.
