Future Of The Engine


Our plan for the future of the car includes a remodeled fuel-based engine, which aims to promote fuel-efficiency while enhancing the engine power as well. Our innovation is clearly explained in our article, video clip, and interview.

Nowadays, many argue that modern car engines should work electrically and the use of fuel-based engines should be limited. However, fuel-based engines can still be used if their fuel consumption is reduced up to a sustainable point.
Our plan for the future of the car includes a newly designed engine that consumes less fuel. This new engine operates with the help of magnetic power.
Air pollution is a major problem when it comes to metropolises, and it is the outcome of a series of problems. Our team has focused on a key issue, inefficient fuel engines. Currently fuel engines are consuming more fuel than they should. Tehran, Iran’s capital city housing millions of cars, suffers from inadequate air quality. This is a consequence of poor car engines which consume high fuel levels, thus polluting the air. As our team is highly concerned with this issue, we have innovated a fuel-based engine that operates with the help of magnetic force, which promotes fuel-efficiency and boosts engine power. Tes initiatives

Our team has taken several approaches in order to turn our innovation into reality and attempts to stimulate our remodeled fuel-based version of the car engine. These attempts include carefully designing the engine and discussing the technical factors with a mechanical engineer who had gained interest in our innovation. We conducted an interview with this professional and have provided the YouTube link to the interview. We also decided to create a drawing tutorial (an informative video clip) describing our engine in complete detail. This clip is also provided in the YouTube link.
After having conducted extensive research regarding the technical factors of our innovation, we observed the two main benefits of our engine. Our model of the engine can operate with a minimum of two cylinders (as explained in our article and video); whereas, the current model of an engine operates with a minimum of four cylinders. This means that we experience a dramatic reduction in fuel consumption because we have reduced the minimum number of cylinders required to generate an engine by half. Secondly, if our innovated engine is manufactured with four cylinders, it would generate more power than the present four-cylinder engine. In comparison to existing car engines, this model produces more power due to the magnetic forces used to enhance it, thus, it will be very appropriate for race cars as well.
We have shared our engine design at our school in order to receive feedback from our teachers and classmates. Many of our teachers, mainly physics teachers, became highly interested in our design; hence, they gave us positive comments and constructive criticism. Our physics teacher also believed this innovation will help push the boundaries of science and technology.
Overall, we have enjoyed spending hours working on this project and we feel a good sense of responsibility.
