From 12 to 15 September, the RENAULT GROUP was a partner of the 20th edition of the WRC (World Rescue Challenge) organized for the first time in France in La Rochelle.
RENAULT GROUP provided the 120 vehicles that served in the extraction competition of the 35 firefighter teams from all over the world.
The RENAULT GROUP also had a MOBILIZE stand dedicated to raising awareness about Road Safety, where two main themes were discussed:
- The importance of fastening your seatbelt safely with a roll over car simulator as a teaching aid
- The need to better attach children in car with the restraint systems best adapted to their age and their body shape.
Over the four days of the event, over 1500 people were thus informed. All of them assured that they had become aware of the messages given out and, thanks to the educational booklets distributed at the end of their visit, promised to preach good practices to their family and professional circles.
